Transfer Certificates

Transfer certificate issued after the final examinations will state clearly that the student was "promoted" or "not promoted" according to the results.
Transfer certificate will be issued from the office on payment of a fee of Rs. 300/-. An application for the same must be submitted to the office, together with a clearance certificate (No Dues Certificate) giving at least seven days notice. Application should contain the admission no.

Rules For Using The School Owned Buses

Students must be present at their respective bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus.

Buses will not wait for late comers.
Students must stay off the main roads, until the arrival of their bus.
Students must board or alight the bus only after the bus has become stationery.
Drivers have been instructed to only stop the buses at designated stops and no where else on the route.
Students will be held responsible individually or collectively for any damage caused to the school buses due to their negligence/vandalism, which will attract appropriate disciplinary action, which includes recovery of the cost towards the damage.
Students who board the bus are to do so in silence and in order. They are to sit quietly in the bus and await for their stoppage. Any violation of this rule will disqualify the student from availing the bus facility thereafter.
Student using the school bus facility are allotted a specific bus /trip. On no account may a student use any other bus/trip.
If at any time a student is found using the school bus facility without permission, then he/she will be charged fees from the beginning of the academic year and face appropriate disciplinary action.
Children having to wait for their buses must stay within the school premises and should not leave the school campus to loiter or play on the public roads. Any violation of this rule will disqualify the student from availing the bus facility thereafter.
The school management reserves the right to revise the bus fee at any time which will be binding on every parent/guardian.
